Well after nearly 4yrs rebuilding the zx it was finaly ready to try turning it over for the first time, but no...... the damn thing didnt even try.

Think its something related to the immobiliser. Have removed soo many things that was plugged in that i think its not allowing the immobiliser to work properly.

So more delay in getting it done.

Lets hope the next one is better cus you do chuck the towel in early,its been stood mind so may not make 165 psi compression in the first ten minutes of running :wacko:

but surely it shouldnt be so low on compression? not one cylinder making 90 psi, that is rather low.

I didnt see any point in continuing with that engine. Theres no way it was gonna raise on compression by as much as 100psi a cylinder.

So hopefully is more prudent to face the music and change engine.
