Power light flashing sounds like some kind of gearbox diagnostic code, i'll go do some googling and see what i can find

I might be wrong, but I think 13 flashes means there is a code stored, not actually a fault code, and you need to do the diagnostic procedure to find out what code it is that's stored.....

Might be of some help, never tried it my self tho... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=128846

it doesn`t help cos my one flashes 13 times end the error codes on that page is up to 10

the 13 flashes just means there is a code that needs to be found mate, if that makes sense... do the check, and it will be a code less than 10...

There was a thread recently with detailed instructions on how to get the auto box into diagnostic mode to actually read the code out of it, but it's so long and convoluted, I don't know how anyone could remember it without writing it down! Someone here will be able to recite it though I'm sure.

Here ya go:

How to put your Auto box in Diag mode check the third post in that thread, it's from Groover.
