How do I get link to a specific thread, my address bar only ever shows http://www.300zx.co.uk no matter what I'm looking at.

yeah mine does it too but you can

right click on the thread location and then ( Copy location )

 

then Past where u need it

Whichever thread it is, there are 3 boxes on the top right.

Click thread tools and then "email" another box pops up with all the details, simply copy and paste, job done!

Both ways worked, cheers gents.

Oh and if you only want 1 post in the middle of a thread somewhere, on that post click the wee number on it's right hand side, a new window appears with it's full address, again copya and paste.

if you want the address to post a link, and its not showing in the address bar, just right click the name of the thread and select "copy shortcut"

 

 

Like that, and then just right click and paste into the the thread you want.
