Which is the right clutch cover?

I'm a bit confused at the moment, I need a new Exedy clutch cover and Z1 have said that they can supply but here's the problem:

 

Pic 1 is the Exedy twin plate clutch that I have for a 300zx TT

Pic 2 is the Exedy twin plate clutch cover that Z1 stock

Pic 3 is the Exedy twin plate clutch cover that is available on Ebay

any suggestions as to where to get one from; Exedy won't supply spare parts for some reason?
