my lights are possessed!

just gave the car a quick clean and noticed the lights were on, they are switched off. the reverse lights are showing one red on the left and white on the right. when i put the key in the ignition it makes a beeping sound?

have had to diconect battery for now to stop it going flat

any ideas on this mystery?

I have odd electrical problems relating to the lights etc due to the passenger side targa drain tube being detached and draining the water onto the block connectors in the corner of the passenger side footwell, all the connections were badly corroded and had to be re-wired.may be worth checking your targas drain as they should.hope this helps :)

Either you have put the fog switch on by mistake, although that will only light up the side lights and fogs if fitted, failing that then there is a little black box behind the drivers rear panel in the boot, its a rear light control box, people have had some problems recently with the little box.

mystery solved, took the right hand pod appart and one of the conections had come out, plugged it back in and problem solved
