0AWG cable - where to run it?

Since I'm moving all my audio into another car I thought sod it, I'll upgrade the cabling while I'm at it. Here I have sat a 0AWG amp wiring kit thinking OMG that cable is massive!

Wouldnt it be a bit big for getting up the passenger side edge? Alos the fuse holder is massive - has anyone squeezed this successfully into the engine bay? where?

Would like to know as well ... As I have my 2awg going through the edge as well

I thought you had 0AWG for the artztogo install aswell?

lol'in isnt going to get it sorted ... lol

ok guess I'm the guinea pig then, will take pics of the offending bumps when I attack it tomorrow (the ones in the carpet and the ones on my head! :headvswal)

the only other place i think will be ok is where the ECU wires go though the bulk head

but this would make the wire very close to the turbo but i'm sure with some Heat rap on it there will be no problem

yeah thats what we have done .. what about getting that power wire to the Batt .. from inside the car what rout did u take

I tried that before. It's got an annoying metal bung and the hole isnt really big enough to go through with this stuff :(

I'm probably attempting through the hole behind the kick panel, inside the wheel arch and up under the battery tray. With this stuff being so thick, it's not exactly nimble though. I dont think its very likely that I'll find somewhere to 'display' the fuse holder because it will just have to be squeezed behind the battery or something... maybe next to the ECU. I certainly wont be able to get the wiring down to the front of the engine next to the other fuses and back with this stuff like I did before.

I ran my up the passenger side under the carpet doesn't show to much

What size cable was it?

just realised after replying to your other thread, i have a monitor cable running from the PC in the boot to the touch screen in the front, and no adverse humps or bumps, it runs under the passenger side carpet close to the sill to start with, where it then feeds into the cavity and out near the rear seats at the fuel pump ecu. its about the same size in diameter as your cable, so should be good, the same cavity is on the drivers side, bit fiddly but doable.

Was 0 or 2 can't remember as it was the orange car had a huge fuse though. To get it from the battery to the car I ran it from the engine bay into the passengers side wing then into the car at the footwell near the targa drain

Use a battery through terminal Rose you can get them from demon tweeks it fits in the bulk head so saves you the problems of cutting the rubber seals

Through wing into ecu area then to centre dash and down transmission tunnel under carpet is the best way. you dont see it at all then
