What do these pipes do?

Hi all,

 

The car has had a PRVR delete and possibly AIV too, I need to have another proper look. Do these pipes look like something that was once attached to those systems? Basically want to get rid of them.

    They are from the pvr, one would have gone to the solenoid and the longer one to the carbon canister. Ditch em
