Anyone going this year....?

 

I'm off to the NEC tomorrow - looks like it should be very good this year, I can't wait!!

 

Plus the Classic Motor Show is on too.....

I'm there midday this Saturday!!! :hyper: It's my first time going so I'm really looking forward to it!

It's a brilliant day, I have been two years running, couldn't manage it this year, will be there next year for sure.

Awesome day - really enjoyed it. Some interesting stands before the event where you can buy things, have a go at racing games, etc. Which times were your events Dewi? I was at the 12:00 performance and 3:00 track display.

The live performance was great - the three presenters turned up on a drivable section of studio with their chairs and the engine block table stand :rofl: followed by stunt bike displays, car bowling, chariot racing etc. The track event was cool also, featuring Tiff Needell, the Stig, the lovely Sabine Schmitz (Queen of Nurburgring), Lewis Hamilton's brother and the sons of various motorsports celebrities like Martin Brundell were go-kart racing. Drifting, drag racing, Class B rally cars - thoroughly enjoyable day and I'm totally exhausted!!

Ive been for the last 3 yrs,and am off to london to see it next month and make a week of it am see some shows ..

Hia matey, awsome day wasn't it we were at the 3pm event loved the beauty pagent the new lambo, had a great day went to see the classics too some beautys in there too and the bikes also, just come in now from a good night out in broad street

yeah it went off like a bomb, then both the rally cars caught fire! (deliberately of course!) there's no end to what them lads can come up with :rofl:

Could the club look at having a stand at the Classic Motor Show next year? There were hundreds of clubs there and the event grows every year.
