I havent a clue....but will hazard a guess and say it lives somewhere under the dashboard???

Certainly does, I spent the whole time upside down in the passenger footwell with my arms bent in ten places to get behind the Air con unit.

oooh posh. Car toilet seat :tongue_smilie:

LOL!!

never done one but knowing what you are doing I'd say its the cover where the engine wiring loom comes through the bulkhead

The good news is it plain sailing from here on, all the connectors are cleaned, just a case of threading the blue connector through the bulk head, connecting everything up under the bonnet and fingers crossed it fires up first time :scared:

why did you remove it?!

to get the wiring loom out I would imagine!! :tooth:

I did mine a bit back, 'effing pain in the arse, saying that tho, I could do one quite easily now that I know what that bracket is all about... Where did you get your loom from? Mine came from California, and I have an extra connector left over, behind the plenum, a little to the left, for some sensor we don't have, to do with emissions, so if you do have too, don't panic :)

Got mine from Z1, thanks for the heads up on the connector, I have taken a good look and most connections seem pretty obvious, also not sure if they are all the same but mine did not have any labels saying which wire was for which cylinder so I have gone round with a multi meter and labelled them myself, even my old loom had the labels on each cylinder from 20 years ago.
