might of just picked up another bloody traffic offence. but i dunno what do you guys think...

i was at a cross roads controlled by cameras, theres 3 lanes at my junction a staright on a left and a right. the straight on is the one with a red light the left and rights only have a green arrow that comes up at other times. i went through on my turn right only lane when the light was green for straight on. into the box ahead for turn right. trouble is there is a camera here. and as i went through my gf said should you have gone through then? and tbh im really not sure if i should have. bit stressed out now. simple mistake possibly could cause alot of agro, or it may not be an issue at all its the waiting thats a killer.:cursing:

im a little confused. Did you turn right or just move forward to the box? also do the left and right arrows have and red and yellow light or just a green arrow? if its just a green arrow then you should be fine.

turns out it has its own red light, and yup i do need my liecence for work, ive just done an awareness corse for an sp30 and ive got 3 points alrady for cu30 :( sucks. so basically i think it now comes down to wether the camera works. most dont these days, so fingers crossed. dunno why im getting them all atm.

i have been through 4/5 traffic light camera's and 2 of them flashed and heard nothing.

fingers crossed ey. its a pointless redlight becaue i was joing the merging block which wouldnt have had cars crossing its path anyways. but hey cant fight these things if it turns up il just have to bend over and except my shafting from the police again for the second time in two months.

nah i just drive for work im a service engineer. should only be three points. which will take me to six. they have just come about pretty quick

if the worst happens and you do get the notice, demand to see the photo, ensure you can clearly make it out its you. If not just tell them it was definately you or your partner driving but you cannot be sure which one as you went through those lights several times that day..

sadly its the buisness van and my partner isnt insuered to drive it so that would open up a can of worms. i do however wonder how on earth the thing can take photos of cars in the ouside lane with traffic passing it. if alorry went past thats all it would photograph is the broadside pf a lorry lol. just gotta wait. its a silly restrictyion in any event yes it was a signal failure on my part but there was in no way anything dangerous about my manovre as the was no opertunity for me to obstuct traffic or to cuase a hazard. but hey you know how it is "the law is the law" paitence is all i can have now. il keep you guys posted.
