Well, got my lovely zed back from Jeff, he has done wonders with the car, it is so different to drive, quicker, smoother, feels more planted on the road.

It is odd, the way we have our cars for so long and just get used to the way they drive, then after someone like Jeff has tweaked it, and fixed a few little things, it is like a new car...

Thank you Jeff, and to all your team.

Lol....New front shocks, New steering arm, New steering coupling, New one piece prop shaft, new oil sender, (Now I have oil preasure again....).

Boost leaks fixed, Throttle sensors adjusted correctly, and an engine health check.

Lovely..................

It's a pity I live so far away from 'Zedworld', I'd love for Jeff and his team to go over my car and rectify any problems.

I love my car but it's like I know it could be much better in terms of engine tune, set up etc.

Maybe one day I'll bite the bullet and book her in, I just know it'd be well worth it - here's hoping!

Well he is about 2.5 hours from me, cost me a bloomin fortune to get home by train, with 3 changes...(and the government wants us to use public transport more.WTF).

But in my opinion, for my car it was worth the effort and cost..

good news baz.

Lol........yes mate.....now you have a run for your money......................

Just gotta add to this thread

Took my zed down to Jeff (OK I'm lucky enough to be about 60 miles from this place) when I first bought it and for not much more than 40 quid he gave it a good check over, and tuned it up, The difference in performance was really amazing and I can't thank zedworld highly enough for such a difference for so little money

A month or two later I took it down the second time and let him keep it for a week - I had zedworld implement all the things they advised the first time round. For me that meant:

New rear wheel bearings (the ones on the car were some of the worse worn they had ever seen so he tells me)

Front brakes replaced, plus the ABS braking controller (from a good salvaged one)

Hand brake badly worn (again fitted me some salvaged rear disc/drums at a very good price)

Replaced both front steering arms due to excessive play, as Jeff said the handling of the car was just a little bit frightening.

Prapared/Undersealed the car as corrosion was setting in

MOT'd the car for me while it was there

A selection of odds and ends and silly annoying things I had asked them to look at

I won't state the exact price as I am sure they are quoted on an individual basis depending on what was involved, but to my mind it was very very reasonable for the work undertaken and everything was explained to me (and the price) upfront as work progressed

My opinion: 11 out of 10

The difference to the road handling- 12 out of 10!

Am I happy? damn right I am.... my car goes nowhere else now
