I`m tempted with a pair of good gaming headsets for Ps3 , gotta be 5.1 at least, any recommends from you gamers out there?

I see Sony have just bought out some official 7.1 for the ps3, any good?

I have the middle of the road Turtle Beach's X11 and it's one of the best things I did for games like COD. Not sure what the major benefits of paying more for Trittons or that would be as I've not tried them :/

Yeh, the more reviews i see for Turtle beach the more I want some...just read a few bad reviews about the Trittons, heavy and crap sound :(, only trouble with turtle beach i can see is that the cheaper ones are a simulated dolby surround and not real dolby, looks as if they will be £120+ for good set!!!!!! ouch!!

Proper designed gaming headsets, basically a surround sound headphones for gaming, takes gaming to another level, especially for cod, battlefield!!! hear your enimies from behind/side ect, all the kids have them :)

Sony ones are ok, I only got them Thursday, cant be that excited about em cos I used to like my turtle beach px21s.

Wireless does make a nice difference as you can go get a snack or drink from fridge, I did the pots the other night listening to vidzone :[

Bit late now but my computery bf and all his gonky mates only use turtle beach so it's a good buy. And he doesn't annoy me too much when he's shooting baddies or whatever

PX 5's are the more future proof as they can be connected everything, good buy :)
