Well after working on my zed for past couple of weeks im now a bit stuck. I have put a new engine wiring loom in done a water by pass new plenum gasket cleaned all the injector connectors and all other plugs i can get at.

 

Anyway i now have lumpy idle and the zed does not like to start when its cold? It was starting fine before i changed the loom but had a miss fire which has now gone.

 

Any ideas whats causing it not to start? Also it seems to be using a lot more fuel than it used to??

Do these zeds suffer from fuel pumps?

Have you checked and tested the coil packs and spark plugs? Injector could also be faulty.

Ummm i wonder lol ill check tomorrow and i did cheak all the injectors and they gave me 12 ohm restistance on each one.
