The one on the far right is aircon.

any reason why it would cause water to drip from the bottom of the engine. as the pulley itself has stopped turning.

If the pulley has stopped turning and the belt is still attached (duh :D) then it'll be putting excess strain on the waterpump and other pulleys and the engine itself, why water would drip from the bottom of the engine because of it, I'm unsure, unless it's ruptured the waterpump?

Edit: That doesn't quite read right, as the belt doesn't touch the water pump directly, but by causing strain on the crank pulley, that will transfer to the other pulleys, including the water pump, hopefully that makes more sense? It's early :D

so will it be ok to just cut the belt off until i can get a new AC pulley?

Hell yeah. The only thing that'll happen is the AC won't work, which......... :D

Hang on! by not turning do you mean the face part of the pulley? if so that is normal if the air con is off or low on gas as the pulley uses a magnetic clutch and so can disengage.

If however you mean the whole pulley is not turning then the compressor has seized and removing the belt is the best bet, a replacement compressor will be needed if this is the case.

Sound like you have a water leak too, inlet pipes above water pump or water pump itself, the pipes tend to leak with the engine running the water pump after the engine is off.

Indeed, someone who was spanner happy has threaded the bottom bolt hole on one of my water pipes, we had to use high-temp silicon to seal it up, but it seems to be holding. Look for a small pool of water on top of your water pump.

solved. it was a dic* head error, i changed my radiator pipes yesterday, and didnt properly secure the bottom one, it then caught on the lower idler pulley and split, causing the water leak and the pulley to stop due to friction/ resistance, changed them back to my old ones, re-bled the system and all is fine :-)
