We've just put my engine back together after doing the upper and lower plenums and the car is running better than ever before, super smooth and sounds much much happier (There were air leaks in the plenum, because of missing threads, hence the need for a change of plenum), but now I have my stalling problem back. Obviously my TPS and AAIV are now way out from where Jeff set them at JAE (Thanks again for that Jeff) and I'm back to stalling at junctions and roundabouts and things :(

If anyone near Doncaster has one (I'm happy to drive a reasonable distance to get to you) I'd really appreciate borrowing it for half an hour to set the car back up :D

Yeah someone on the Orange forum informed me of that and I did so this evening :D Took me quite a while after doing it to get the thing to not stall still though, the throttle balance was a little out, which was screwing up the AAIV. Seems mostly sorted now, although a conzult would still be good to check everything else is fine. It feels so smooth to drive now, but the idle is still just a little flakey.
