Wifes recently bought a mac and I need to swap all here personal folders from Outlook (2007) to her Mac. I'd thought I had found the answer with O2mac program but every page I go to I find the links are broken:2guns: to the download

I have read that I could download Thunderbird and import the .pst files into that then change the extension to something else and then the mac will import this file. :hammer:

Just won't somehting quick and easy, don't mind paying for the right program (well the wife doesn't :whistling:

I'd use the method you've mentioned, see here: http://www.trickyways.com/2010/08/how-to-transfer-emails-from-outlook-to-apple-mail/

There's also readpst - but it's a lot more involved, and I've never done it myself so cann't recommend it...

Outlook2mac isn't supported anymore, but you can try http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1220793 using http://c-command.com/eaglefiler/ - it' $40, but then it depends on whether you've got Microsoft Office or not!

The Thunderbird method isn't all that bad - and at least you've only got to do it once!

Just thought of one other thing... is it a new Mac? If you only need it for reference, you could use parallels or boot camp and just boot into windows to check for messages and save some of the hassle?

The new version of outlook on mac osx uses pst files which is pretty useful.

There is some way of doing with with endura light and thunderbird but i can't remember the exact process but it's definitely covered on google quite a bit
