Split Rim Assembly

I'm about to put some split rims back together after powdercoating and polishing. Does anyone have any idea of the recommended torque for the fasteners? They are PIAA split rims with 25 fasteners per wheel. Each fastener is M8.

 

Any advice appreciated.
