Jeff, you first need to host the picture(s) somewhere on the internet (e.g. www.z32.org/upload or sign up for a free account for a webpage at lycos or something)

and see the help on how to actually post the picture on this forum..

 

you'll need to post something like:

{img}http://www.z32.org/upload/picture.jpg{/img} (replace the {'s for ['s) to show the picture.

 

Hope this makes any sense..
