Aftermarket Gauges

I am after some gauges for my car, turbo and oil pressure. Im not getting blitz ones even though they are good and look nice, I cant really afford to spend that much on them, so I am going for bog standard, but good, ones.

 

Reading about the oil pressure gauges, there are 2 types, Electrical and Mechanical. Whats the difference? How do I set them up? And the turbo one too. Can I just wire them up to the sensors already on the car.
