Hi Guys, just pondering on a few things, how much wider would the zed be with a wide arch kit on?

Wow!!! is that all ?, I would have said 150mm each side, my mate thought I was mad!!! obviously I am , surprised me that

mmm, 60mm sounds a bit more like it, 30mm seems like its not worth doing? obviously depends on brand but I dont want it to look ridiculous

Ahhhh, I knew this would happen, but it just looks so bland :wacko: there is something missing from it, imo, cant put my finger on it, but it needs something else?

Its a shame really as the guy who made this car (Yowsers pics) has changed its colour a few times and now its a miss mash of colours, still nice, but not as it should be.

The only ptoblem with wide kits like that one is that it makes the door look plain and very flat.

The 4th pic is definately something you should consider. I think subtle things can change the whole apperance of the car. The lines on the Vert are right, especially when the roof is down. Yes the pictures of the kit on the car above are nice but I think you lose the look of the 300ZX Convertible altogether. They are so hard to find which is why I think it would be a shame to change it's apperance so much.

Totally agree, The rarety value is what has stopped me doing this conversion for a while, and I know your right.. but now I have lived with it for a while, I cant help thinking it needs something else? Desicions ,Desicions

Thats another thing putting me off!! the wide asses are very nice but the kit still hasnt been perfected!! imo, needs a lot of work:thumbup1:

Thats a lovely kit, but a bit too much, its very close to my favorite but a bit too Halfords for me, dont get me wrong.. I would love one, but for the money I`m sure something better could be done :wink:
