I got fed up with trying to change my engine in the Z the other day, everything was going tits up so I downed tools and me and my mate went smashing about in the trucks :)

 

Heres some pics if anyones remotely interested, ps mines the Range Rover, the other one is my mates Disco that we cut the roof off and turned into a pick up last month! :w00t:

 

 

 

Tight space, freestyle off roading through trees is SO MUCH FUN!

baz thats the worse place to stand operating a winch mate...if that snaps it would cut your head off or at the very least take an eye out...always stand offset to the pulling or in the car:yes:...great pics mate:clap:

theres a SJ around here with a 6" lift... for what ime led to believe they are fantastic 4 wheelers

from what little i know of off roading they are great because of them having such a short wheelbase.

 

Now this information is just what i've heard so it may be wrong :sweatdrop:

as for the roof rack.. its a great offer, I'll have to see what happens over the next month or so and if we can get anywhere near yours :)

I did consider one of those but would be a bit too economical for me lol

yeah sj's are pretty good off road as there so light and small. I fancy a disco to be honest as sj's are not exactly comfy!

Must admit I do love the grunt of the V8 off road :)

 

especially when my work paid for the fuel :tt2:
