Abflug....ooh, that ain't gonna' be cheap bud

Wouldn't surprise me if that panel was knocking on for £400+ knowing their prices

though to be fair I'm sure it's effective

just need to get some air into the front, as the intake sits behind the FMIC, and you can see its literally, blocking a huge amount of airflow. not sure how this will effect the car power wise, but its always bothered me.

or am i being thick, and 'enough' air goes through the FMIC ?

Ive got that one ready to go on. I think i like it but not 100% sure, I will spray it up and see what i think.

By far the best quality headlight panel out there. workmanship is spot on.. inside the vent it directs the air to the airfilter

The air will flow through to FMIC and pass through your AC and coolant radiator. There are other areas for the air to flow into that space so i would not worry too much about it. I'm more concerned about the heated air from the FMIC being sucked up by the engine however, my filter is right behind the FMIC and i have not noticed any loss of power. Those vents look like they would just help engine cooling.....

mines the same as yours z racer, ( looking at your previous thread) just looks strangled....

god knows about power loss as ive always used this setup..

Something like this Aaron.... (It is photoshopped black, was aluminium colour)

Tbh you wont really notice a difference. The fmic will allow air flow anyway so i wouldnt worry about it.I had a vented nose panel and tired of it,smooth is where its at and i have to say i have not noticed any difference in cars running temps.

you all should of just had uprated smic, then you dont have to worry about anything

Where's the fun if your not worrying about something on the Z?

Yes. I've done the exhaust, chip, filter, FMIC and run at 1-bar boost. Have smaller aluminium pulleys and 1 piece prop.
