its that time of year again to renew the zeds insurance . anybody getting a good deal on classic insurance as my insurers say they will beat any quote if i have proof of a cheaper quote .

any pointers as to who i should be getting a quote from will be much appreciated .

ive got all mods declared, plus 8k miles per year, whats your milage?

 

All mods mate and 3 years don't know why I asked for 3 years don't think I have done more then 1k per annum since owning her that's 8 years:w00t:

I'm with Chaucer too but gonna have to change back to a normal policy next year else I'll loose all my 15+ Years no claims bonus!!

£104 with 1500 miles, i dont think i did 100 miles!

Needs to be garaged too. Think that will go up this year tho..

Don't know how u guys do it? After searching everyone, cheapest I got was 390. Added the wife and it dropped to 355. Lloyds. NA, all mods declared, 3pts,

we`re probably all old gits mate.

 

I'm 27 now (26 when I took the policy out) and I pay £230 odd for a SWB Twin Turbo 1991 with Footman James

So my 1992 tt next year will become a classic yesssssssssssss.....are there many advantages i wonder....

• Must be garaged at night.

No more than four named drivers to be included on policy

Yeah don't bother with an online quote just phone them because I dont have a garage, I have mods, mine is an import

This old bu*ger cant get a sensible quote under £400! and I aint got turbo's!! how can this be?? FJ have pulled out of the import market which doesn't help.. Anyone got any suggestions please?

rob my dad says details on log book are wrong it says coupe his is with hertiage £225 on agreed £10,000 dvla need to amend details
