mate...30 years ago i needed a garage and could'nt find one anywhere so i knocked on doors and looked for older folk with no cars thinking a few quid a week would come in handy for them for renting a garage they dont use...got fixed up the same day and rented it for 2 years, the old lady was glad as she had a few quid a week...had someone there on a regular basis and done little odd jobs like cleaning gutters for her when needed, worked for her and me....summit to think about;)

Footman James are fickle fookers. They insured my Sierra on a Classic policy, no problem. When I asked a few years later about the Zed I was told it HAD to be garaged. Obviously one rule for some, another for others. Either that or they just didn't want my business?

Its footman and james I was gonna go for but they can only do it if its garaged. 189 pound 4000 miles a yr.

Keep phoning round others mate, I've had the z31 and z32 insured for the past 5 years parked on the street, both on classic policies with various companies. Had a few knock backs at first with them wanting it garaged but then found lots of other companies that were fine with it being on the street.
