Was browsing pistonheads today, looking for a reliable sports car - lol, but I couldn't help noticing that Supras seem to have gone up about 3-4 grand since the last time I looked. Not the N/A auto crap - the twin turbo manuals seem to be about 10 grand for a decent one, whereas when I last looked they seemed to be about 6-8k. How can it be that the Supra's hold their values so well? I know Sudesh has got a zed for sale at 10k at the moment, but that is way above the average price of our Zeds (and rightly so in this case).

I just don't get it. Any ideas?

Many thanks Gary for the compliments, But remember it wasnt cleaned when you saw it lol.

Just thinking I forgot to show you the UK TT Supra, but maybe its not your thing anyway, you looked content enough.

Yowser; Totally agree, I much prefer the pre-facelift, but also the non power steering cars, which is one of the main reasons I went for this model as PS was standard on all facelift models. Whats funny though, in all the years I've owned NSX's, I've never and I mean NEVER, had the the headlights up, apart from going through MOT.

You need to get it out of that garage more Sudesh its perfect for summer night driving.

You living in a differnet country from me?? "SUMMER" night driving, didnt realise summer even arrived here yet lol

All joking aside, totally know what your mean, but I have never driven that car at nite. I installed a HID kit on it 4 years ago and the only time its seen, is again, at MOT time lol

what a beaut is all i can say for that supra and for your other cars.

think itll be many years before the prices even go up fo zeds and when that happens will there even be enoigh money in our pockets for the petrol? who knows.

I hated my supra. I hated the driving possition and the way it felt to drive. the steering on it was just life less compaired to the zed :)

That's a nice Soop Sudesh!

Before I bought my first 300zx, I also looked at the Mk4 Supra as it was the natural progression from my old Mk3 Supra. As you say, the UK spec cars are really sought after and command the higher prices.....

.....but (if I ever wanted a Mk4 Supra) the late model tiptronic would have been my next choice if a UK spec was not forthcoming!!

However I'm with Gary though - I reckon I prefer the two red beasties in the background. Nice cars you have there mate....

Richard:cool3:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
