no dump valve on drivers side

hi all i thought my dump valve was seized but i swopped it over and its fine but it still doesnt go of on the drivers side would this be a bad actuator if so is it bad for me to drive it cheers

    Blitz dump valves, nicked them off my dads motor. Worked perfectly fine on his- soon as i Put them on mine the drivers side doesnt go off?
