Any other sufferers on here will feel my pain. It is excrutiating, and all because i've started training, cut right down on the drink, introduced meat into my diet and lost a stone in weight. How can that be fair!!!!! :censored:

Was a couple of years ago mate, could manage then.

Does anyone sleep walk and bump into things?

Yeah, Marc! Sleep walks, talks, shouts - 2 nights ago he shot out of bed, on all fours, and start shouting at stuff in the corner of the room!

He used to set the alarm off when he lived with his parents, falling down the stairs at night!

Thats the best thing about this club, a proper 'Motley Crue' :tt2:

Daffy, i feel for you mate, suffered for years from it, mainly due to Dialysis not taking the uric acid out... Good thing is i no longer suffer from it, Bad news is i now suffer from nerve damage which is gives me daily the equivalent level of pain, trouble is, had it for 4 years and will do so till i die...

I'm sure you are taking the correct meds so hope it eases off.

Rich

I used to go through bouts a few years ago, not had it for about 5 years now, so quite lucky.

It might have been in my head, but drinking Gatorade or similar used to help. Would come on real bad if I wasn't drinking enough water - especially in 50 degree heat.

Really feel for you - it's seen as one of those comedy ailments that folks who have never had it like to chuckle about, but it is the 3rd worst pain I have ever had in my life.

Hope you get sorted soon.
