Needing to upgrade my fuel pump and see that Z1 are selling an aeromotive 340 Lph fuel pump. My stock Pump is probably not operating as it used to and want as easy a way as possible to get more fuel through. Anyone used the aeromotive or should I go twin intank?

Isn't the standard Zed fuel pump 375 Lph?

No mate 255LPH.

one pump has its advantages, eg if it fails then it's safer than one of a pair failing.

Not sure what the limits are for a single fuel line vs twin feeds

Think i am going to opt for the single pump to start with as i am tight on time for getting the parts and fitting them prior to the tuning session. I can always expand the system after this, if required.

Guess i find out what the aeromotive pump is like and will report back!

I think it says the N/A fuel pump is good for 255 LPH and 550 rwhp, whereas a standard TT fuel pump is good for 700+ rwhp. That, to me, would suggest the TT fuel pump flows more than 255 LpH. Though it doesn't state exactly what the flow rate is..

ย

Can't remember where I saw the flow rate for the fuel pump, but I can remember that the TT fuel pump is one of the highest volume pumps fitted to any car. A lot of tuners were using TT fuel pumps in other cars.

ย

Any ideas what a new replacement costs from Nissan?

ย

Edit: LOL - about $324 + import costs!

The TT pump is rated at 255 lph at stock pressures. Although I recall there being some comparisons that proves it outflows the walbro 255. Depends on voltage and pressure though.
