If your dad can get you stuff from z32-zone while he's there then go for it, as they have a well known repuation for refusing to deal with overseas public.

 

Those of us that have puchased from them have had to go through Trade export dealers.

 

You can use google/yahoo website translator services.

doubt he will!, i dont even know where he is in japan he went this orning he works for hitachi railway, but he goes about 6 times a year so i think it might have a word when he get back see where he goes and is it near if i can find an address on the site n translate the bloody thing

I imagine they'd even serve an Englishman on the phone/web, so long as his shipping address is in Japan, is the issue there I think. Once you start dealing with overseas customers, it's a whole different world of pain, different taxes, shipping insurance, etc.

Could we not organise a group buy at the club bet there is a more chance they will ship to uk then?, but with taxes atc would it be worth it, but looking at that site there is some bloody good parts!

I'd say with a bulk shipment they'd probably re-consider it yes, as you say taxes are a problem, but if you do it right, can be good. Perhaps a distributor in the UK for them?

Just had a quick look through, the site is bloody awful, hard to navigate, even google translate in Google Chrome doesn't translate much of it, but you're right, they do have some awesome stuff in there, some stuff I've never even seen before tbh.

IIRC they will not ship to the UK, the question has been asked before in the past. Would need to be shipped to an address say in the US then to the UK using a known contact to do it.

If your old man can get there and have a chat with them, he might be able to get make some headway in getting stuff here.

My father in law lives in the states and I'm there on an annual basis for work, so potential there too.

So much to choose from, the cup holders are definitely something lacking in the Z, but Nissan seem to have this policy that they don't put them in their sports/super cars, the Skylines didn't have them either :(
