As above really, trying to get a last minute break away & prices are just ridiculous.

 

Just wondering if anyone on here has an Apartment or Villa Abroad available for rent /hire from end of next week for 10 days? Its just for me the mrs and my 2 kids age 9 & 2.

 

Any help or offers greatly appreciated.

Two bedroom ground floor apt in Torreblanca area of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.. Available now up to 10th Aug.

Pool. gardens. Nice views from patio. About 10 -15 mins walk from Torreblanca beach. Close to plenty of facilities. Fuengirola is a family orientated resort.

Apt is about 30 mins on local train direct from outside Malaga airport. No hire car needed . Use of car would just expand the area and things you could do. I never bother. been mine for last 15 years or more.

I do have a regular long term winter client. But from April to end Oct its available for short term holiday lets.

Wow that was quick, only just seen the thread. We have an apartment in Sunny Beach Bulgaria, 25mins from airport, 10 mins walk to beach, 5 pools on site and water park across the road.

I am quite happy to give a general price guide on open forum. More details via PM if needed. Everything is above board with my appt. Managed by a local company in Los Boliches. All taxes and rates declared and paid in Spain .

Prices vary a bit from April to Oct but a rough guide is £150 to £200 per week for the appt. no extras to pay. Sleeps four. 2 bedrooms. one with double and one with twin beds.

Prices are geared to covering the annual cost of running the appt rather than making a commercial profit.. I know others on my complex who charge a lot more

 

As previously said I have had this place since the mid 90s. Never really said much about it on here as I am not one for blowing my own trumpet.

Hi mate, arrived safe and sound and aprt is great however when u said hill from station was steep u should have said near vertical, especially with lots of cases, kids, pushchair etc. I know this is t hhhhg e first holiday i will return fitter, lighter and buffer thsn ever! Thanks again spk on our return. J
