do these acctully do anything. i took mine off to get the the exhaust and snaped 3 of the bolts. so i thought feck it and threw it in the bin.

 

That was about a year and a bit ago not driven my zed since till recently. do they make any differance. i cannot say because its been so long since i drove the zed?

I think they are supposed to reinforce the tunnel mate, a lot of people haven't got them on their cars. Anything that strenghtens the chassis has to be a good thing :)

 

They also catch little stones and cause a rattle that takes ages to track down. lol

I think they were designed as a safeguard if the propshaft fell off or exhaust it wouldn't pole vault ur zed

Mine is currently rattling like a Mofo, Mikey noticed while it was on the ramp today being tracked up, that it's upside down after we fitted my decats ages ago, problem is he didn't realise it was upside down until it was off the ramp, and then we couldn't be bothered, lol. I'll get it jacked up and turned round when I get back from London.

Bit off topic but saw you guys ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ at Sherburn tonight. Should of said hello but didn't LOL :scooter:
