Decided to dig the old smoker out yesterday and smoke some Ribs, Brisket, Lamb and Pork.

 

The Brisket came out so damn well. The pink edging on the meat is caused by the smoke, awesome flavour! Makes me hungry thinking about it lol

 

 

 

 

I had cajun chicken and ribs for lunch, i'm stuffed and my mouth is still watering from looking at that! :drool:

Yeah, last 30 min of cooking whipped my home made glaze on the ribs. Tasty :)

Is it like a bbq but bigger, so it smokes, as opposed to flames stuff.
