Power Steering Reservoir

Hi, maybe a silly and straight forward question but until I have done something for the first time i am always a little trepidatious. I want to remove the power steering reservoir to paint it black, when putting it back is it simply haynes style and the reverse of removal and what do I do to avoid getting air in the power steering system? I'm sure that part is inevitable so how do I go about bleeding the system? I don't know why but doing anything on a zed even routine seems like it should be infinitely more complex ha

Yes mate, remove some fluid from the pot (so it doesn't pour everywhere when you take it off) undo the clamps, take out the bolts and remove. refitting is as you say the reversal.

Top up with fluid and leaving the cap off turn the wheels to full lock a few times, this will burp the system. Put the cap back on and your done.
