Anyone that is good with a soldering iron!!??

ย

I have just ordered my Emerald Ecu from John Dixon and will be needing some help to fit it when it arrives. Anyone fancy lending me a hand as I don't even own a soldering iron let alone know what to do with one! Car is drivable so can travel to you.

ย

Any help much appreciated and will supply much beer in return!

Youll need to trace the wires the emerald needs at the old ecu plug, cut and solder them to the emerald harness.

Spot on. John is providing full instructions and a base map to get the car running on the new ecu. The instructions will have which pin number and colour of wire to match up to the emerald harness he provides.

Heatshrink is exactly what John said also. If you are up for this I will give you a shout when it arrives and a free night out in Troon can be yours!!! I draw the line at going to Pebbles though!!!
