Does any one know where I can get 4 wheel tracking done with camber? National Tyres dont, ATS Euromaster only adjust one track rod so the steering wheel is cock-eyed.

 

I live in Wigan. Do Hiteq do it? Willing to travel for it, but nothing too stupid

I can recomend a place called Jeff Folkes wheels, however they're in ibstock (near Leicester) so long as its got 4 wheels they can make it drive straight they also have a really long ramp to stop low cars grounding and you can watch all the tracking etc on a monitor in the showroom as they do it, theyve also got a playstation to play on should it take a while. Last time i went was a year ago with an Mr2 and it was about 50 quid. Only problem is that they have a showroom with some fucking enormous wheels on display so you'll go in hoping to spend £50 and leave with a set of 19's yoko rubber and a credit card bill that will make you commit suicide!! But i suppose your safe as you live quite a distance away, but i've got to go as the tyre centre i went to were too scared to touch rear wheel steering!

I use Jeff Fowkes as well, a full steering geometry check and adjust on my 300zxtt cost be £70. I got my wheels/tyres from them, as you say the showroom is just tooo damned tempting to be fair. They seem to know their stuff and are fitting camber adjustment plates to correct the massive neg camber on mine.

In a couple of months we are loosing our franchise (as are most merc dealers - crap restructuring idea by MB) and im gonna be running the workshop, prices for labour rates are gonna be reduced & im hoping to start offering specialist services such as 4w alignment, A/C servicing etc for all makes as we have all the gear already.

Protyres in Slough do 4 wheel tracking.

just had mine done, and they have done all 4 wheels no problems.

 

Tha camber is still a little out, but this is down to my front bushes being worn, and the springs are a bit saggy.

 

You get a before and after print out.

 

PRO Tyre are the first turning on the left after B&Q, and the there on your right, cant miss them.
