Fan on all the time.

I know it has something to do with that temp sensor near the fan. I have cleaned it and still no different.

What is the part number and anyone know cost.

Is it

22630-51E00 Coolant Sensor (ECU) ?

If so does any one know the cost?

Thanks

Stuart

If that sensor, or the wiring is screwed the you should get an ECU code 13.

Might be worth a look at EF & EC 114/5 in the online manual.

Stuart measure the resistance across the two terminals and check it is within spec - http://www.z32.org/html/coolanttemp.shtml tells you what it should read wink.gif The ECU will only give an error code if the sensor is giving readings outside it normal operating conditions.

CheerZ,

When this happened to mine I wiggled the wires connecting to the sensor on top of the water pump and the fan went off.

Cleaning the contacts solved the problem for good.
