headlamp direction

Just had a pre MOT on the z. apparently the headlamps r pointing too low, how do u correct the angle? its an import if thats any help.

    Look down the rear of the light in the engine bay about the centre is a long silver coloured adjuster, requires an 8 mm socket or spanner.
