Does anyone know a place in london that can fix a small carbon fibre crack on my bonnet? Haven't been able to find anything :no:

once its gone its gone in affraid :(

 

The best you can do is flick out the cracked area with say a staly knife, get some super clear poxy resin and fill it back in. wait till dry flat it down and buff up.

 

It will still be there but it will look much neater,

 

If the fibers are broke then there is nothing you can do :(

Thanks mate that's what my friend said and i was afraid there was no fix tbh :( don't want to respray the bonnet as i like the carbon against the red , i think i might aswell give that a go and later on buy a different type of Cf bonnet , thank you though and nice to see you back on the forum bud !:cool2:

Thanks mate that's what my friend said and i was afraid there was no fix tbh :( don't want to respray the bonnet as i like the carbon against the red , i think i might aswell give that a go and later on buy a different type of Cf bonnet , thank you though and nice to see you back on the forum bud !:cool2:

If there is anything wrong with the fibers. you can run a bit of black paint into them then the epoxy on top to hid it a bit :)
