Hi everyone got a massive oil leak that seems to be commin from the front oil seal on the inlet cam any advice on takin that cam sprockit off I've heard there a bit tricky cheers everyone

if your handy with the spanners not a hard job need a cam lock tool but while its apart do cam belt sevice as well

you don't have to remove the cam itself you can lever the seal out but be carefull

not to damage the seal seat two srews should do make sure screws are in the middle of the seal varible timing is done on the cam at the back[ithink] never had any trouble with it always take apart and put back in the same position

The cam end seals are one of those jobs where the disassembly is more than the actual job. The pictures below show how far you need to go in, good thing is you do not need any special tools with maybe the exception of the crank pulley puller.
