When out driving last week, i gave it a bit of abuse!

Out in the country, i popped it sideways out of a side road.

(Note, this was a priavte countryside, and you could see for miles with nobody around).

Then BANG! It threw me the other way trying to get me in the bush on the other side of the road.

I controlled it, then got out to inspect.

A bit of tyre made a bid for freedom!

Damn!!!!. You need your tracking sorting out.

Thats how my tyres were every 500miles or so. Ended up costing a fortune in tyres, lol.

i would inspect the arms/ subframe for any damage as well judjuing by the prang it had

Sub frame is fine, the damage was caused by a 1.5 ton car hitting the barrier at slow speed on a small area, I did have to change a hicas arm though and tracking wasn't checked after, subframe looked fine, and it also went through the mot with only the hicas arm failing it the first time, trust me I checked for damage after that happened as I was keeping the car at that point

The tyre looks pretty evenly worn though, you're always going to have that little bit more camber on the inside, especially since I assume it is lowered in some respect. Any idea when that tyre was new either of you?

id take it easy on the good ol' space saver, youll probably have the whole tyre coming off judging by the amount it took off your standard wheels :D :D
