Is £50 for a o/s/f wheel hub and wheel bearing a decent price??

As the title states, is £50 a good price foor a hub and wheel bearing??

But more importantly to save money and effort - is it possible to just replace a hub Pin on its own??

Yup! Do you know if you can just replace a pin though? ..i damaged one of the pins removing a spacer so that is all i need to replace, but the pin looks like it is welded on.

If you mean the wheel stud as below, then they are only a few quid each and are easy to knock out and pull a new one through using washers and the wheel nut, if you mean the lower arm ball joint, then they can also be changed individially too, just held in by a snap ring.

Yes apologies I mean the stud. Spot on, thanks very much guys  -

Where abouts can i get a stud from??

a stud shop

dunno matey, nissan (bleh), or probably most motor factors if you take your old one with you, a wheel is stud is probably the only part for a car I haven't had to buy/fit!

You can come round to mine and knock one out.

Oh no, that sounds terrible!

You can pull one of my studs off.

Erm not sure if that sounds just as bad.

You can bash one out at mine if you like. It may be old but I'm sure it's still hard enough to do the job.

Oh for Gods sake this is getting worse!

Tell you what, I'll Knock one off here for you and then I'll come round to yours and I can hammer it in from the back and pull it the rest of the way by tightening your nuts.

I give up!
