Dear ALL,

For those of you who know me or have met me, know that less than 2 years ago I weighed 28 stone, had serious health issues, and couldnt walk upstairs without stopping for breath.

Now I weigh 14 stone 8, and thanks to 12 months of serious Cycling and the Gym, I am quite a fit bloke. anyway, I have been affected recently by a close family member having Cancer. I'm happy to say that it looks as though she is going to come out of it OK, but seeing as I have this New fit Body and a New found love and hobby of Cycling, I thought that I would do a good deed and give something back.

On Saturday 23rd July I will be Cycling 52 Miles from Catterick Garrison to Acklam and back again. I would be very very grateful if you would consider sponsoring me via my JUST GIVING LINK. The money goes straight to CANCER RESEARCH UK, which I think you'l agree is a very noble and worth while charity. Most of us will unfortunately be touched by someone with Cancer at some point I'm sad to say.

So again, No obligation, but both Me and CR-UK, Would really appreciate your support.

Many Thanks.

It's on 23rd July (a Week on Saturday), I will be heading in from Yarm, and heading for the bottom end of Hall Drive for around 10:30am ish. and that would be Cool :)

Ok, we won't be able to join you for the ride as Tash will be with us (she goes to her dad's on a Sunday but is with us rest of week) but we could meet you at Hall Drive and bring some refreshment for you - and some sponsor money?

Is there any local media going to be there?
