If i do as picture below says do i need to do any modifactions? Or can i just block and bin un wanted AIV's etc?

That is what you will end up with once you remove the EGR, AIV and Carbon canister. So if you are removing all that then, yes that's right.

mt egr has already been removed and i wanted to know if i can just remove and bin them or do i need to do any modifactions in order to remove them if you know what i mean? i dont want to remove stuff which will cause me problems later on because i didnt do something i should of

ah, well Im using gauge built into EBC, but it does take a feed from the balance bar thats not indicated in the diagram. I think that pic if from before I installed it.

If I remove the EGR do I need to fit a boost controller to get the car past safety boost mode, which I read somewhere else.

In short, NO. You can safely remove the EGR without any problems.
