im thinking of upgrading the stanard BOV's as they are 20+ years old and was looking at these greddy ones but are these greddy BOV's any good?

yea they are good , hate to say it but the cheap chinese copies are also just as good... most of the time made by the same people but not badged

To the best of my knowledge (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) a BOV is a BOV in respect to what car. The Z should really have two, although I'm going to experiment with the single one Vodkashots is sending me in a few days :D

Already has the joining pipes and blanking pipes etc, but yeah, will be interesting to see how it performs.it looks quite large in the photos, so should be quite loud, add that to the fact it has two turbo streams to get rid of and it should potentially be really loud. Not too sure how the engine will react to it, but we'll see.

I meant more like size of fittings etc...

A Single BOV will still do the same as Dual BOV's as long as both intake pipes are connected to it, it will open when the throttle is closed to Vent excess pressure in the pipes and make that PSST sound, and close when you open the throttle.

BTW Vods loving your sig, we're actually thinking about spraying our Z roughly the same colour, still can't quite make my mind up yet, as I like GunMetal but Rose likes colour, lol.

thanks guys i will see how funds go and maybe buy 2 of these but i have been doing a bit of reading on here and i see its a 50/50 split weather there a good or bad thing on the zed's so i may consider the bailey dv30 thing's! Is there a just as good cheaper version of these 2?

no dont worry just from what i have read on here people who have bov's/DV's love them and those who don't really dont like them at all!

same with everything eh, im looking to get some aswell, got my eye on a set from that link i posted

im still undecided what im going to do i really like waste gate chatter but i dont know how you go about doing this or if its safe on zed's

again if you fit them properly you shudent get chatter lol

i think to get safe wastegate chatter as its called i need to spend lots of monies to do it right and also be prepared to rebuild/buy new turbos on a regular base's.

maybe this will open a can of worms lol..... dont think theres any actual PROOF that compressor flutter (chatter) actually does anything bad to turbos....urban myth from what ive gathered.............. awaiting slating
