Right, I have clearly overfileld my engine, I added a load of oil stableiser in with the existing oil and also some wynnes lifter treatment a few days later, only to find that my oil level is way too high, and this has shown itself on the oil pressure guage as well ( i know they are inaccurate, but its the first time it has gone over halfway)

I was driving home from the golf club the other day (bout a 10mile round trip)and the car cut out on me!!!! stopped, pulled over and started her up again and she was fine. I took her home and left her in the garage all week.

However yesterday i was jumpstarting a mates car using the zed 9as she hasn't been out since) and his battery was so low that we left them hooked up with mine idling nicely, but after a few mins she started to splutter a bit producing a little smoke from the exhausts.

When revved she ran fine again, i took her the 500yrd home and again left her in the garage as i dont like to use her when she's not running perfect.

Now i know i need to swap the oil, but can anyone educate me as to what sort of damage i might do if i do use her when overfilled?

Thanks in advance

I would suspect at minimum you risk blowing seals, if nothing worse.

Smoke from exhaust may indicate its blowing past piston rings ??

Just jack her up and drain some out, won't take long and will save risking it IMO :)
