Things to do before a dyno run

hey people, im going to be putting my car on the dyno in a couple of months, but im a little apprehensive, as ive seen many videos of cars going bang on the dyno!

what would you reccomend i do before taking her there, both to avoid disaster and to get the best figures. ive not got a lot to spend, but im guessing clean the air filter, change the oil etc are reccomended?

engine oil filter, air filters or pref replace with a cone style, coolant change and check, thats what im thinking matey :)

If your that concerned, id get a Compression test done just to make sure that at least you have decent enough compression for it. check the spark plugs and make sure they are the correct sort for the boost your running, just remember that NGK where commissioned to make Spark plugs to nissans specifications for both the TT and N/A

Clean out the Radiator and Intercooler vanes. The air flow you'll be getting from the fan they'll use isn't anywhere near what the car would be getting at the speed it'll be doing on the Dyno.
