We had ourselves a wee zed convoy today, a total of 8 zeds going to the modified live event at knock hill!

Hey Lee,

 

Would you believe that all the clocks worked apart from the Speedo and the temp' guage?!!?!?

 

Granted the speedo kicked in halfway home so it would seem it needs the soldering attended to but I can't submit my car for a diagnostic on the cooling system with a busted temp' guage so I had to swap 'em back when I got home. :(

 

Sorry your hard work was in vain but thanks anyway.

 

Oh, and I've decided against the wings mate, sorry but having seen them they're not my cup o' tea.

Nope. I tried but it didn't work so I cut the wires and put it back to original so while it read in Ks it worked perfectly.

 

I'll try it again at some point, but when the speedo you fitted started working it was fine, it just needs the soldering attended to on the back of the unit.

 

It was the temp' guage that failed completely which, in my situation is rather crucial.

 

BTW, just out of idle interest, whos IT do you manage?
