An old friend of mine runs a local engineering shop, last year he bought a CNC machine and he's at the stage now where he can start looking around and trying to fill gaps in the market.

 

Is there anything for our cars especially or any other vehicles that you'd like to see or you think would be good sellers, or anything thats usually only available in the states with no UK supplier?

 

I've already mentioned PCD adapters and brake adapter kits allowing the fitment of bigger discs and they are no problem.

Ive got 1 solid adapter bracket for skyline 324mm discs in the garage if yer want it in place of yer seal?, other side is simply opposite and 350Z discs 5mm thinner.

Wheel centre caps with an engraved Z in them, of course as different wheels don't have a standard centre hole size that might be a pain !

Baz what about a ipod holder in the ashtray....! Are we talking of a cnc mill which your friend has. Do you know how many axis it has...?

How about replacment rear arches? Dont know if its pos on a cnc machine

Baz what kind of cnc has he got? i will be looking to get some form tools making up in the not too distant future.

Not much point making a bunch of cosmetic crapola. Make stuff that is an upgrade to anyone because it's made of metal.

 

I'd look first at plastic parts that break that are a PITA to get spares for. The lock linkages in the doors spring to mind for a start.

 

Also a brake master cylinder brace that isn't a rediculously overpriced piece of angle iron with a nut and bolt welded to one end would be nice.

what about some Engine Bay Slam Panels?
