3000 miles since he put the engine in doesn't say he done the head gasket before he put the new engine in though so maybe its just bad timing plus sounds like they like to drive hard? Not my cup of tea either im not a fan of big wings etc prefer smoother euro style looks

He has the mileage down as 3k as well suggesting that it has only done 3k on a rebuilt engine.

Did the Nuremberg Ring in 9 mins..

Did it really? Do you actually have a clue what you're on about?

Selling a car because the head gaskets gone - fail.

Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole

Got a reply engine was rebuilt by him but cosmetic gaskets were not used due to cost well is that's the case what other short cuts have been taken. When my shorty sells I may offer him 3k as I don't think it is worth anymore than that in the current condition.

Anyone remember the video of this zed when it was a single turbo conversion???

completed just before a Japfest meet, bottom end fell out of it on the way there or way back apparantly due to the turbo return feed having been pushed through a drilled hole in the side of non turbo sump! argh!!! for those not in the loop its Paul of the now defunct South West Zeds fame...still cannot get that video out my head and him saying a bit rattly but be ok for Japfest........famous last words eh?

Yes its Pauls car with my old wheels that he still hasnt paid me for with toyo tyres.

sorry to see your having to sell brian did u ever get your plate off your car ?

oh yeah and the reason i never fixed is because if i did i wouldnt sell it as i have owned the car since it was imported and love it to pieces but it is impractical and i never use it apart from abusing it:crying:

also main reason head gaskets went was due to running 17 psi of boost on cheap gaskets
