The perspex strip on my uk was ok but quite scratched, until an hour ago, after trying to remove really delicatly, got to the last blue clip and CRACK.

So go to remove my spare with break light of my jap breaker.

This already was cracked.

I now have 2 x rear perspex strips, one with brake light and the without.

Both have split to the right of the light, in a vertical crack. a very clean break, when put together, all that is visible is a line, looks like a hair, its that thin

does anyone know if the can be bonded back together, or glued with heat.

I know Carmad may be looking at mocking one up.

These are super fragile, but i was being careful, obviously not enough..............

Any thoughts

they are uber fragile but i have from memory heard of someone bonding it back in place and this as you say just left a hair line crack.... i do think they are fair price without brake light ....but if you have two maybe see what can be done with glue etc i think they sun bleach and get more fragile or (rigid) with age :/

It all depends on how fussy you are really. They can be glued together but it will always be seen :(

If you have a spare
